Betsy Spain believes that one of the most creative means of expressing yourself is through what you wear—and the best way to tie an outfit together is through the use of jewelry. She subscribes to the philosophy that jewelry should be as unique as you are, high-quality and versatile. Most of her pieces can go from day to evening and be worn with dresses or jeans. Betsy has a talent for design and combining colors and materials, so her jewelry can be worn individually or layered.

Each piece is handmade with strict attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Designs are created from hand-selected gemstones combined with 14kt gold-filled or sterling silver.

Betsy was exposed to the field of design at an early age, watching her mother work with custom home clients to create beautiful interiors and exteriors that were a true expression of each customer’s personality. Betsy took a different road, but it was inevitable that she would end up in a creative field.

After growing up in Florida, Betsy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Elon University with a degree in business and began her career as a professional communicator and graphic/web designer. When Betsy discovered she was unable to find distinctive jewelry that expressed her personality, she decided to create her own innovative line. Others noticed her designs and loved what they saw. What started as a hobby soon led to placement in select stores.

Betsy resides in Florida with her husband, bunny and multiple pairs of stilettos. She enjoys yoga, cooking and shopping.

Betsy believes in getting involved in the community. She champions the PACE Center for Girls, a program that turns at-risk teenage girls into thriving, well-adjusted young women who believe in themselves. A year-round school curriculum combines with counseling, training and advocacy to create bright futures. With a motto of “love heals,” it’s no wonder this is one of the most successful programs in the state of Florida—and the only one of its kind for girls.
